• submit a completed entry by the deadline

• must be 21years old or older

• be available on Friday, June 3, 2011 from 5:00PM – 7:00PM

• have your own transportation to the Erie’s Wild Rib Cook Off & Music Festival, Perry Square Park, Erie, PA

• Arrive by 5:00PM at the Official Rib Judging Tent
